Stress reduction for middle school students
60 minute stress reduction workshop* or
3-week Intro to mindfulness based stress reduction for grades 7 and 8* featuring “The Four Agreements”, by Don Miguel Ruiz
Teaching self-awareness to lower anxiety in dealing with the pressures of school work, social pressures and social media. Students will learn and practice tools to cope with stress and social/test anxiety.
